Essential oils are the pure oils that are extracted from flowers, plants, herbs, fruit or even the bark and resins from trees. These pure oils all have their own unique chemical complex, and therefore have a variety of therapeutic actions, that can help clear the mind, aid concentration, give clarity of thought and allow us to focus.
